Krista A. Nastro, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive background in both general and psychiatric nursing. She began her nursing career in 1996, gaining experience across various medical specialties. In recent years, her clinical focus has included emergency psychiatry, inpatient care, and community mental health, where she completed advanced training at Lakes Region Mental Health Center in New Hampshire. Krista earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2024, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. Her approach to care is holistic and client-centered, grounded in empathy, compassion, and over two decades of healthcare experience. She is dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting patients in achieving their highest level of functioning. In addition to traditional psychiatric services, Krista offers pharmacogenetic testing to help personalize treatment plans by analyzing how a patient’s genes may influence their response to medications.
