Introducing the Provider
Danielle, AGPCNP-C began her healthcare journey in 2011 when she started working alongside Dr. Noori, shortly after being accepted into the nursing program at Adelphi University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 and went on to work as a registered nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital, where she dedicated herself to the medical-surgical unit with a focus on oncology and palliative care. During her time at Good Samaritan, Danielle worked night shifts for over six years. She then worked both night and day shifts-especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic—before transitioning to a full-time day position. In 2021, she accepted the role of Assistant Nurse Manager, further developing her leadership skills and clinical experience. Motivated by her commitment to patient care and encouraged by Dr. Noori during challenging times, Danielle pursued her master’s degree to become an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She completed her clinical training at Long Island Comprehensive Medical Care, deepening her expertise in primary care and her passion for working with adult and geriatric populations. Danielle graduated from St. Joseph’s University in May 2025 and became board certified in July. She brings over a decade of hands-on experience, compassion, and dedication to her role as a nurse, now transitioning to a nurse practitioner, committed to providing comprehensive and personalized care to every patient she serves.
